Kayo ASHIZAWA

Japanese student ISUGA 2002

Before going to ISUGA I worked in two companies in Tokyo in both marketing and client account departments.

At ISUGA I frequently worked in multicultural groups on Company Projects, market studies and strategy case studies – and it wasn’t always easy ! In fact, the coming together of different cultures is very complex. What ISUGA taught me was that to complete projects effectively there are two essential elements: the ability to listen and communicate through mutual understanding and the capacity for cultural tolerance.
