Chinese student ISUGA 1999 - Project leader with Schlumberger
Having obtained a Master's degree in French at Shanghai International Studies University six years ago I decided to leave my homeland to start a new adventure in "the land of the Gauls"! ISUGA welcomed me as a member of the family, and prepared me culturally and professionally for my new life in France.
My first job was with PLATO, an organisation which represents a network of 100 smaller companies and 14 large ones in the Languedoc-Roussillon area. Its objective is to strengthen companies' effectiveness by facilitating the exchange of experience and know-how as well as to improve communication links with Asian companies, particularly in China. I have now joined the famous French-American multinational company, Schlumberger.
ISUGA is a veritable intercultural crossroads, and a major provider of future business professionals for the international market.
